RES provides reliable and efficient backup power generation to augment an off grid system using Kubota generators modified and engineered for use in an arctic environment by Equipment Source Inc, (ESI) of Fairbanks, AK. Since 2000, ESI has been building commercial grade generator sets for use as primary or secondary power sources. Starting with an 1800 RPM Kubota Diesel Engine as its core, they have 9 stock configurations to meet a broad range of load requirements from 6kV to 35kV. Kubota generators can be integrated into your renewable energy system as needed. RES will work with you to define your requirements for backup generation during the system design phase.

Features include: auto start package, heavy duty MAC muffler, Frequency Meter, Volt Meter, Amp Meter, a custom sized and shaped fuel tank or a special enclosure to protect your investment.
