Our Company History
In 2006, Polar Wire Products split off its renewable energy offerings into a new company called Renewable Energy Systems to concentrate on the needs of our renewable energy customers. In 2007 Renewable Energy Systems opened its new facility with working demonstrations, large warehouse, and shop facilities in Anchorage.
Owned and operated in Alaska since 1992, Polar Wire established itself worldwide as the premiere manufacture and distributor of "arctic grade" wire, electrical components and wire management products that have been proven to work in the harsh weather environments like Alaska. We use these materials in our BOS (Balance of System) materials.
